OmniConvert provides free online file format conversion and unit conversion tools. All processing occurs client-side in your browser. The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

While we strive for accuracy using NIST-traceable data for unit conversions, we make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of conversion results. You use the service at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
OmniConvert shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to data loss or inaccurate conversions.
Intellectual Property
The OmniConvert name, logo, and website design are the property of OmniConvert. You retain full ownership of any files you convert using our tools. OmniConvert is open source — see our GitHub repository for license details.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
